We train non-stop, educate our clients, listen, share in your wins—good hair days and otherwise—and never take ourselves too seriously. Because work is better when we’re having fun doing what we love.

Join the Lavish family
In an industry known for high turnover, we pride ourselves on a team that’s been together so long, it feels more like family. We nurture each stylist to play to their individual strengths and never stop learning. We like to think if you’re nurtured, you’ll remember why you fell in love with hair to begin with—and work will never feel like work.
We’re invested in our people
From personalized, one-to-one training and regular group classes to an incentivized education fund, we’re invested in our stylists’ training and success from day one.
Your voice matters
We’ve all worked at places where our voice didn’t matter. A salon is only as successful as the collaboration of the leadership, stylists and salon support staff! We care about what you have to say.
Fun is non-negotiable
We all have responsibilities within the salon, but that doesn’t exempt us from one non-negotiable: Having fun every day.
